There are so many schools of thought, there are eight small meals a day, eat six times a day, eat four times a day, eat three meals a day, it's enough to drive crazy, we see all the conflicting advice about how much times a day you should eat.
I eat three standard meals and snacks in the evening. That's it!

Lunch I like a little more balanced diet, protein, vegetables and fruits.
For dinner, I would like to have protein, vegetables, fruits and. Then for a snack last night, I could, fruit cocktail.
